Blow-dry your hair without rinsing it out. Carefully flat-iron at a temperature between 370°F and 450°F, repeating 10 to 15 times per strand (depending on the thickness of the strand).
Let your hair sit for 10 minutes and rinse with water only.
Apply Gold Step 3 to seal the cuticle, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes, and rinse thoroughly.
